  • Breathe, move, and release in guided breathwork and meditation that reconnects you to your body

  • Create something meaningful during an evening arts + crafts session you’ll actually want to take home

  • Relax, soak, and let go in the sauna and hot tub right on the water

Lynn has been shooting boudoir for over six years and knows exactly how to guide women through this journey to help them stop hiding and start owning their bodies. Her work isn’t about “perfection” it’s about helping women see themselves differently and feel it in their bones.

This is her 4th retreat and every detail is intentional. She’s there with you coaching, grounding, hyping you up, and holding space as you become your best self. Women leave her retreats feeling seen, celebrated, and renewed.

Heather has been in the energy healing industry for 11 years, owning and creating the company True Spirit Connection.  Her approach is pure and authentic to use many tools to help the body release, clear and heal.

These modalities range from Psychic Medium Readings, Oracle Card Readings to Quantum Healing, Energy Healing, Guided Meditation and Breathwork. Heather believes that the true way to heal and reveal is to empower the truest form of self Love, with a dash of fun.

She’s an educator, a dedicated mom, and the kind of artist who instantly makes you feel comfortable, confident, and taken care of. From soft and effortless to sultry and bold, Sandy knows how to bring out your version of beautiful.

She’ll be with us for makeup and touch-ups, making sure you look and feel incredible in front of the camera!

OUR ACCOMMADATIONS

Located in Falcon lake our cottage for the weekend is 2800 sq ft with 6 bedrooms, a hot tub and outdoor sauna! The cottage is cozy and spacious featuring a gorgeous fireplace and sunroom.

The rear of the cottage cascades down over 5 decks so lots of places to read, and, escape and enjoy a morning coffee with a friend or by yourself.

If your looking to relax enjoy a gorgeous sunrise from the dock or if you are feeling adventurous there are 3 paddle boards and 2 kayaks for your use.
