My why;
I do this work for women like me. The ones who have felt insecure in their bodies, lost themselves or spent years just wanting to feel worthy.
I had to grow up fast and learned early how to put myself last. I was the young mom just trying to make it through the day and find my way out of a toxic relationship. I was the woman who took a chance on herself and built a business other people judged and didn't think was possible.
I've experienced disempowerment in more than one chapter of my life, and I know what it took to find my way back to myself. To find my confidence, my strength and eventually, the freedom to live a little more boldly on my own terms.
That's a big part of why I do this work.
Whatever your “why” is, I want this experience to be a place where you can choose yourself, take up a little more space and care a little less about who anyone else thinks you should be.
